The Rotary Club of Saratoga, chartered in 1955 with about 120 members, is part of Rotary International, an international humanitarian organization with over 1.2 million members from over 34,300 clubs in 160 countries. Rotary aims to achieve a vocational cross section of the community drawn from those in managerial or professional positions. Among the many vocations represented within our club are realty, insurance, law, electronics, community leaders, photography, engineering, architecture, medicine, dentistry, publishing, investments and retail.
We are always seeking new members who have an interest in community service (both local and international). As articulated by Rotary’s founder, Paul Harris, the primary focus of our organization is “Service Above Self.”
If varied charitable activities interest you and you enjoy the fellowship and camaraderie of purposeful, committed, fun-loving people, please talk to a member, check out saratogarotary.org and join us for lunch. We meet most Fridays at midday at the Joan Pisani Community Center at 19655 Allendale Avenue, Saratoga.
